基本流程

【网申】在投行官网上填写个人信息，上传 CV 和 covering letter ；

 

【线上测试】投行会发邮件让你做几个 online tests ，心理测试和性格测试等。

 

【电话面试】投行通知参加电话面试，有时候不止一次（ tips ：电话面试，可以事先在本子上准备好一些问题的答案）；

 

【现场面试】投行那边就会邀请做现场面试，很重要（ tips ：穿的正式点，毕竟面对的是投行高层管理人员）；

 

【评鉴】 这是最后一轮评估，大致会考查下你的态度，团体协作能力什么的（ tips ：表现的自信一点，但也不要盲目做领头人）。

 

这些流程都过一遍，恭喜，接下来就可以坐等投行的 offer 了。

投行雇主们最看重的那些品质：

➤numeracy ( however, a maths or science degree isn’t usually essential ) 算术

投行都比较看重毕业院校，六大投行雇主更是青睐罗素大学集团（ Russell Group ）， Cass Business School 这类顶尖院校。当然，其他大学毕业生的申请也是接受的。
