美国前 100的大学中，有53所大学开设金融专业硕士，其中金融工程硕士21所。另外，南加州大学、圣母大学、匹兹堡大学、迈阿密大学近年来才开设金融硕士项目。前30的学校，金融学分布较少，只有6所大学，如普林斯顿大学、麻省理工大学、圣路斯大学华盛顿分校、约翰霍普金斯大学、范德堡大学、圣母大学，其中圣母大学基本不招应届生，比较倾向有两年以上工作经验的学生。普林斯顿和麻省理工，从这几年录取经验来说，除非是海外本科或者清北复交的学生，其他学校的学生申请到录取还是相对有难度的。金融学和金融分析专业主要集中在前30-60的学校，如波士顿学院、罗切斯特大学、凯斯西储大学、伊利诺伊香槟、宾州州立、马里兰、俄亥俄州立大学等。金融数学和金融工程，在前30的学校分布较广，如哥伦比亚大学、卡耐基梅隆、康奈尔大学、芝加哥大学等。

金融专业分为三类：mba下的金融、普通的金融（master of science in finance）、金融工程（financial engineering），我们在这里重点列的是后两类，综合排名70名之前的大部分学校对于gre和gmat的要求，希望同学们能一目了然地看到，而不必再三到处去问。
