关于申请材料的准备：除了常规的申请材料以外，有的学校可能会要求申请者提交一篇文章作为写作水平的证据。几乎所有的学校都会让学生提交相关作品集，作品集一般是用所学乐器演奏三种不同风格的作品，时间控制在20分钟左右，最好是视频作品。在后期申请过程中，学校有可能会让学生参加面试。音频和/或视频文件应该被上传到一个网站上﹙例如soundcloud/mixcloud或youtube/vimeo/优酷或者是dropbox/wetransfer/yousendit﹚，将url粘贴到一个文本文档并上传到应用程序门户。
